RETURNS & EXCHANGES/
You may request an exchange or return within 15 days of receiving your order.
To start the process, email us at olivia@oliviabarthe.com with your order number and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Exchanges are free of charge, except for shipping costs. Once we receive the piece and confirm that it is in perfect condition, you will receive a link to complete the payment for the new shipment.
If the selected item has a higher price, the difference will be charged. If it is lower, we will refund the remaining amount.
Our preparation time for new pieces is 1–2 weeks, plus shipping time depending on your country.
ABOUT OUR PIECES/
All pieces are handcrafted individually, which means natural variations, textures, or small irregularities may appear. These details are part of each object’s character and are not considered defects.
For this reason, returns based solely on the natural qualities of our materials or handmade process cannot be accepted.
REFUNDS/
Refunds must be requested by email at olivia@oliviabarthe.com.
Your payment will be returned once the piece arrives back at our studio and has been reviewed.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your order arrives damaged or if an error was made on our part, we will cover the return shipping.
Refunds are issued to the same card used for the original purchase and may take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Any claims must be made within 15 days of receiving the order.
We cannot accept returns for damage caused by improper use, negligence, or normal wear.
OUT OF STOCK AND SPECIAL ORDERS/
Our production is intentionally limited. This allows us to devote more attention to each piece and maintain the quality and individuality of our work.
