PRODUCT INFORMATION

All pieces are handcrafted individually.
Variations in color, shape, or texture are natural characteristics of artisanal work and are not considered defects.

Jewellery is crafted from recycled 925 sterling silver, with 18K gold plating (3 microns) on gold-toned pieces and an additional silver plating on silver-toned pieces.
Candles are made from 100% natural wax, organic pigments, and cotton wicks.

Natural wax may develop a soft white bloom over time; gently buff with a cloth or apply light warmth with a hairdryer to restore its appearance.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Orders are confirmed once payment has been completed.
Prices include VAT when applicable.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of error, incomplete information, or suspected fraud.

SHIPPING

As each piece is handcrafted, production may require 1–2 weeks before dispatch.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier or external circumstances.

RETURN AND EXCHANGES

You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order by writing to olivia@oliviabarthe.com.

Exchanges are free except for shipping costs.
Refunds are issued once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
We may refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Holiday periods may include extended return windows, as noted on the website.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To preserve the finish of your jewellery:

  • Avoid direct contact with water, perfume, lotions, sweat, and household chemicals.

  • Remove pieces before swimming, showering, washing hands, or exercising.

  • Store pieces separately in their pouch or box to avoid scratches.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care, accidental breakage, or normal wear.

LIABILITY

We are not responsible for:

  • Improper use of products

  • Normal wear or ageing

  • Technical issues or interruptions beyond our control

  • Delays caused by external carriers

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
