PRODUCTS

All pieces are handcrafted. Variations in color, texture, or shape are part of the nature of our work and are not considered defects.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Orders are confirmed once payment is completed. Prices include VAT when applicable. We may cancel orders in case of error or suspected fraud.

SHIPPING

Handmade production may take 1–2 weeks before dispatch. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. International customers are responsible for customs charges.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your order at olivia@oliviabarthe.com.
Exchanges are free except for shipping. Refunds are processed once items are returned in original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Care

Jewellery is made with recycled 925 silver and 18K gold plating.
Candles are made from 100% natural wax and may develop a white bloom; polish gently or warm lightly to restore color.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care or normal wear.

6. Liability

We are not liable for delays, misuse, or normal ageing of materials. Your consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content belong to Olivia Barthe and may not be used without permission.
